The NASH 2BG two stage liquid ring compressor series delivers reliable, proven performance for batch and continuous process applications. 2BG compressors are ideal for demanding processes including ozone compression, and other chemical and oil & gas applications. With compressor capacity ranging from 12 to 1,000 SCFM (20 to 1,700 m3/h), the 2BG liquid ring compressor is optimal for demanding chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas applications including ozone compression.

Description

The NASH 2BG two stage liquid ring compressor is based on the flat sided liquid ring pump and compressor design. Engineered to withstand the harshest chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas processes, the 2BG compressors have cylindrical roller bearings and a fixed deep-groove ball bearing which is sprung to eliminate play. The result is a powerful liquid ring compressor with low maintenance requirements. Our 2BG compressors can handle a wide range of gases and can accommodate special seal liquids such as petrol or oil when compatible with the process gas.
